As a woman with a rich Southern heritage my passion for food and entertaining is a natural for me.
Ten years ago I was diagnosed with breast cancer and had to undergo chemotherapy and radiation, which you can imagine put a damper on both of my joys in life.  To keep my mind on the beauty of the world I took up the art of bead embroidery and started sewing.

Today I have a small business  “Dreaming in Color Pillow Cases” that I created to first help with medical bills and then to help rebuild our home after the 2018 eruption in Leilani Estates.
I love creating wild fun pillow cases to excite any bedroom. I do this with my trusty sewing machine, Clyde and my constant companion Honey Girl. They help me keep Dreams alive!
As a side note… I only dream in black and white.
